Vexoris Development policy

Vexoris Development is an independent development studio. Their public site is vexorisdev.com. They are not the owner of weperfectionist Studio's creative services, Fiverr orders, or client relationships—those belong to the studio and are governed by this site's policies and Fiverr's marketplace terms.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing between the studio and Vexoris, their role typically includes:

• Product & engineering — building and iterating the site (e.g. layout, performance, accessibility improvements, and technical implementation).
• Deployment — publishing new versions to production in a controlled way (builds, previews where used, and release practices).
• Hosting & infrastructure — operating or arranging servers, CDN, DNS, TLS certificates, and related cloud services so the site stays available on the public internet.
• Reliability & security (commercially reasonable) — monitoring, patching dependencies where applicable, and applying industry-standard practices to reduce downtime and abuse. This is not a guarantee of uninterrupted service or perfect security.
• Support channel — technical issues with the site itself (errors, outages, broken pages) are typically directed to Vexoris; creative or order questions remain with the studio on Fiverr.

Studio-facing content. Copy, portfolio selections, imagery sourced from public Fiverr deliveries, and brand presentation on this site are provided by or for weperfectionist Studio. Vexoris does not claim ownership of that creative output.

Codebase & tooling. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, the underlying site code, configuration, and deployment setup prepared by Vexoris for this project remain subject to the commercial terms between Vexoris and the studio (including licence to run the site in production). Visitors are not granted any licence to copy or reuse that code.

To operate the site, Vexoris and subprocessors (e.g. cloud hosts, CDNs) may process technical data such as IP addresses, timestamps, request paths, device/browser signals, and security logs. Processing is usually on behalf of weperfectionist Studio as a processor (or equivalent) for hosting purposes, and is described at a high level in our Privacy policy. Vexoris may also use aggregated or de-identified data to improve services.

For privacy requests that relate specifically to marketplace orders or Fiverr accounts, use Fiverr's channels or contact the studio via the official Fiverr profile.

Hosting commonly relies on third-party data centres, DNS providers, certificate authorities, and (where configured) analytics or error-reporting tools. Vexoris selects providers with a view to security and reliability; subprocessors may change over time as infrastructure evolves. Material changes are typically communicated to the studio under their service agreement.

Feature updates, dependency upgrades, and content refreshes may be coordinated between the studio and Vexoris. The studio remains responsible for approving public-facing messaging and portfolio accuracy; Vexoris implements technical changes as instructed within the agreed scope.

Vexoris' liability to the studio is defined in their contract, not on this page. To the extent a visitor seeks to assert a claim regarding pure hosting or infrastructure, applicable law and the Terms of service for this website remain relevant.
