1. Parties
Seller: Darshak Maheshbhai Faldu, trading as weperfectionist Studio, operating the Fiverr username weperfectionist.
Buyer: the individual or organisation placing an order on Fiverr. The contractual relationship for marketplace services is triangulated between you, the seller, and Fiverr as platform—see Fiverr Terms of Service.
2. Scope of services
Deliverables, revision counts, timelines, file formats, and commercial terms are defined by the specific Fiverr gig package or custom offer you purchase. This page does not override a live gig description, requirements you submit in the order, or written agreements in the Fiverr order thread.
Services commonly include logo design, brand identity and guidelines, website-related creative work, logo animation, and related graphic design—always as described on the active Fiverr listing at the time of purchase.
3. Buyer responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate briefs, references, and brand requirements in the order.
- Respond to revision rounds within reasonable time so schedules can be met.
- Ensure you have rights to any assets you supply (logos, fonts, copy, trademarks).
- Use Fiverr's messaging and delivery system for project communication and file exchange.
4. Revisions, approval, and intellectual property
Revision allowances follow the purchased package. Additional work outside scope may require a new order or gig extra. Upon successful completion and payment through Fiverr, commercial-use rights to agreed final deliverables are granted as stated in the gig or custom offer (typically assignment of copyright or broad licence for client use—confirm per order). Until payment clears, rights remain with the seller except as Fiverr's rules provide.
Stock assets, third-party fonts, or licensed elements may carry separate licence terms; where used, the buyer receives the rights necessary for the stated use or instructions to obtain a licence.
5. Payment, cancellations, and chargebacks
All payments, refunds, cancellations, and disputes are processed under Fiverr's policies and payment partners. Do not request chargebacks as a substitute for Fiverr's resolution centre; doing so may affect order status and account standing on the platform.
6. Confidentiality
Non-public business information you share for a project will be treated as confidential and used only to perform the order, subject to legal requirements and Fiverr's disclosure rules. Public portfolio display of work may occur after delivery unless you request otherwise and the parties agree in writing on Fiverr.
7. Warranties and liability
Services are provided with professional skill and care. To the extent permitted by law and by Fiverr's framework, liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by mandatory law (e.g. gross negligence or wilful misconduct).
8. Order of precedence
If anything on this page conflicts with an active Fiverr order, custom offer, or Fiverr's binding terms, the Fiverr documentation prevails. This page summarises standard commercial expectations for transparency.
9. Contact
All project contact goes through Fiverr: https://www.fiverr.com/weperfectionist. Also see our Fiverr policy.
