We are not currently required to appoint a Data Protection Officer under Art. 37 GDPR. For data protection enquiries, use the Fiverr contact route above.

Portfolio website. Presenting work and directing users to Fiverr relies on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interests: professional outreach, reputation, and audience insight at a minimal privacy impact). You may object to certain processing as noted below.

Client projects via Fiverr. Delivering ordered creative services relies primarily on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract) and, where applicable, Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR (legal obligation, e.g. tax or accounting).

Cookies and similar technologies. Essential cookies may rely on Art. 6(1)(f) or Art. 6(1)(b). Non-essential cookies, if introduced later, will rely on Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent) via a clear control—see the Cookie policy.

We process identifiers and contact details you provide, technical connection data, project content you share for creative work, and order-related metadata visible on Fiverr. Recipients include Fiverr (independent controller for marketplace processing), hosting/CDN providers, and—where you pay through Fiverr—payment processors engaged by Fiverr.

Data may be accessed from or stored in countries outside the EEA/UK, including the UAE, India, and the United States. Where GDPR requires safeguards, we rely on mechanisms such as the UK IDTA / Addendum or EU Standard Contractual Clauses as implemented by our processors, and on Fiverr's transfer documentation. You may request further information about safeguards by contacting us on Fiverr.

Criteria include statutory retention (e.g. accounting), the need to establish or defend legal claims, and operational necessity. Technical logs are rotated on a short to medium cycle unless security incidents require longer retention.

You may have the following rights where the GDPR/UK GDPR applies:

To exercise rights against Fiverr for account, payment, or order records, use Fiverr's privacy channels. To exercise rights against us for studio-held project materials or direct correspondence, message us on Fiverr with your request.

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR in connection with this portfolio site or our Fiverr storefront beyond standard marketplace features operated by Fiverr under its own policies.
